چکیده

Yüzyılı aşkın geçmişi olan kök hücreler, günümüzde birçok hastalığın tedavisi için araştırma konusu olmaya devam etmektedir. Rejeneratif tıbbın da ilgi odağı hücreler; uzun süre bölünebilme, kendini yenileme ve farklılaşma özelliklerine sahiptir. Kök hücrelerde simetrik asimetrik hücre bölünmesi olmak üzere iki farklı bölünme şekli görülmektedir. hücreler telomerlerini tamamlayabildiği normal hücrelerden olarak bölünebilen hücrelerdir. hücrelerin tespiti kullanılan yüzey belirteçlerin çeşitliliği ortak varlığı, dokuya özgü kanser içinde geçerlidir. Bu derleme çalışmasındaki amaç; tanımı genel özellikleri, kullanım alanları, tarihi belirteçleri hakkındaki bilgileri ana başlıklar altında bir araya getirmek araştırmacıların kullanımına sunmaktır.
